Recording Minecraft videos

I like to play Minecraft and watch videos of people playing and building things. There are some good produced ones, with good visual and audio quality. But I always sees the same patterns. Firsts person view with no editing at all or in some cases some cuts or speeding up. Then there are the flyovers and timelapses that are more cinematic pieces with less explanation and storyline. But what I haven't seen yet is a video produced and edited in the likeness of a tv show. I mean with different shots and voiceivers sumarrizing the long boring parts and focus on the interesting parts where exciting things happen, creating tension, controlling the pace and the flow.
I want to try this, so today I have been experimenting a bit capturing the gameplay with OBS and a third person camera with the Camera Studio Mod. I also recorded the audio from the game and from the mic in separate files so I can have more options when editing.
I have done some small tests but because I was focusing on the tech there is not anything so cool to show because the shots that are okay are from different scenes and there was nothing scripted or planned to be shown. Anyway I am rendering a small test that I edited I am going to upload it to Youtube in the next days.
